2010 Dinner Information
The 19th EPMD will be on August 13, 2010 and tickets are already on sale
People were giving me ticket money before this year's event ended.
Cost will remain at $85.00 and tables will be reserved as is our custom -
If you don't live in the same area, appoint someone to collect all the checks and mail them together as spaces can't be held
- this creates errors in seating. If you have special groups of friends who like to sit together please send all checks for that table at the same time.
My preference is that you send a sase to have your tickets returned -
PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO HOLD YOUR TICKETS UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AND IF YOU WANT THEM HELD PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME ON AN ENVELOPE AND RETURN IT TO ME - IF YOU WANT YOUR FULL NAME ON THE ENVELOPE BEING HELD - YOU WRITE IT - BECAUSE IF I PUT IT DOWN INCORRECTLY I DON'T WANT ANYONE WRITING ME A NOTE ABOUT IT. I HATE TO TELL YOU THIS, GOOD PEOPLE - BUT THIS DINNER TAKES A LOT OF WORK AND USES UP A LOT OF ENERGY AND I DON'T WANT ANYONE UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEIR NAME IS MIS-SPELLED SO PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF - THIS IS NOT AN EASY EVENT TO DO AND I AM THE SOLE WORKER OF THIS EVENT UP UNTIL THE LAST DAY WHEN FOLKS STEP UP TO THE PLATE TO HELP.
As Always, the event will be at the Peabody
A beautifully appointed dinner will be served followed by a memorial service to remember Elvis .
This candlelight service lasts about 15 minutes and will then be followed by entertainment.
If you would like to be a part of the memorial service YOU MUST ATTEND PRACTICE WHICH STARTS AT 11:30 AM - IF YOU COME AT 12 OR AFTER - OR IF WE HAVE ALREADY STARTED PRACTICE - YOU ARE TO LATE, SO PLEASE BE ON TIME.
